Worst place ever took a 100 bucks for a X-ray and didn’t X-ray put a mirror in my mouth to charge 600 for one wisdom tooth so they sent me out else where highly recommended aspen dental should’ve listened to my sister

I HIGHLY recommend this dental office to anyone seeking dental care. If I could, I would give them 20 stars!!! ⭐️ Everyone at this location is AUTHENTIC, nice, and welcoming, they go above and beyond!! I had the best experience today at Sage Dental they ALL genuinely care and it showed by action, most dentist offices only care about money but Sage dental cares about integrity and the clients they’re servicing! I would like to specifically thank Stephanie at the front desk, Mariam my hygienist, and Dr.Echeverria my dentist. I cannot express through words how amazing this staff is!! Please don’t hesitate book your appointment you will NOT regret it!!

Mrs Shanei is something special .. I’m petrified of being in the chair but she is so down to earth and be comforting! Always checking to make sure ur really ok.☺️I couldn’t ask for a better hygienist. All around great service from the whole staff.. Thank you Sage dental and thank you Mrs Shanei for making my experience pleasant as can be😅😁

The staff was fine. Until, at the end of my appointment, the frontdesk clerk told me the Hygienist diagnosed a deep cleaning. I politely declined because I don't have $1000 for a deep cleaning at the moment. I told her that I want for now, the basic cleaning. She told me NO because the Hygienist diagnosed a deep cleaning and they refuse to do the basic cleaning covert by my dental insurance. A Hygienist can not diagnosed anything in the state of Florida. The Hygienist can tell the findings to the dentist and only the dentist can do the final diagnosis. The dentist Javier never said that to me. I filed a complaint with my dental insurance because they can not refuse to do the basic cleaning or force you to pay for a deep cleaning. I will not coming back to this office again and I don't recommend this dental office to anyone. Clearly the only want to take your money, force you to do what they want and not following the most basic and ethics rules. Im bilingual, English and Spanish and the conversation was in Spanish and English with the frontdesk clerk and the Hygienist listening. Its not a misunderstanding. Check the reviews. You will see i am not the only patient they have don

My first time there and I do have plans to return. The entire staff was welcoming and professional at my arrival. I had Camilla and she did let me know she was new and training. She was so sweet and I didn’t mind her training/learning with me. The dental hygienist (her name escapes me please forgive me) was professional and knowledgeable. I appreciated her help during my time there. Dr. Truong listened to me and shared her concerns. She was both knowledgeable and professional. I would recommend Sage Dental.
